We’re busily getting ready to go to the U.S. Embassy this morning.  We’re off to see the American notary on U.S. territory.  But I did want to take a moment to share these photos with you.  The entrance to the RER station that is beneath the left bank end of the Pont Alexandre III has recently been restored.  We ducked into the entryway, which is next to what will soon be Faust, the restaurant, to take these photos.

Beneath one of the  other bridges, a “Sound Shower” has been installed where the music was provided by our favorite Parisian radio station, TSF Jazz.  Nice use of “under the bridge” acoustics.

More beautifully restored stonework in the courtyard of the Delacroix museum.
